Proving your Mettle

Day in and Day out every one finds himself or her self in the hard battle., Its the survival of the fittest.,  It might be any where in any field for any reason I think the time has come where every one is kept on thier toes no time to sit back and relax how ever accomplished you are.. This  certainly  holds  strong  in  the  professional  front these days  As we hear whole lot about  

Global Economy Melt, Also about the  down trend in the economy and big companies are talking of sacking employees with no more recruitment buzzz. 

I wonder how all these young kids fresh from college with so many dreams to fulfill., might be feeling some of them even do claim a valid joining letter but not sure of being called., 

  The other side of wall has a different story where employees being just sacked without any notice nor being given any respect to the loyality they have put into., 

  At the office "I was in the heat of the battle too " where I had to deliver the project with steep deadlines and luckily for me it was not the question of my job being at stake but even other wise "Time had come to prove my mettle., "

  It was really getting big at me as i am not too used to this kinda of pressure. Escalation and Stakes of the project were really high and being the centric resource common to many activities a lot dependant on me and it was altogether a different experience .., 

I was not only facing and handling challenges in the technology but even most importantly and toughest of all i had my back against wall handling people.., with so much of cheap politics trying to ride on someone elses boat etc., 

  Its more than a month things are in control now and having to look back I am happy to see the way I had handled couple of crunch situations and clearly scored offf over my senoirs having the last word to say.  Toook up couple of blows with the good meturity and will be in better position to handle them hence forth..,  Couple of brave decisons and risks too payed off., (I know whole of this paragraph was bit of Self Dabba :-P)

     I felt these are times to prove your mettle to stand apart from the crowd showing all your skills and making a mark for your self.,

Life iznt that koool !

The past 4-5 months has been a low phase in my life. Or you can say testing timeess., To come over or to help my self heal a deep scar which was hurt very deep into my heart. I 've heard people say " The Ones staying close to your heart can also Hurt the Most ".
Seasons changes with time and so do peoples thoughts, goals, likes and dislikes which is quite understandable but never I once thought it would be so easy for any one who couldnt imagine living without me for that matter atleast my phone call for that day suddenly saying in the last conversation " I would be deleting your number from my phone book " . Those last words never really got dissolved into me. (This was just one off the things which i have mentioned) Memories are still fresh where she used to fight just becoz I was half an hour late in calling her..,

I was in banglore last couple of weeks of course with whole lot of work to be completed and finding very rare time for myself. I some how sneaked in with a off over a weekend. My day started with a telugu music channel hearing to song from the movie sriram which happened to be one amongst our favorite collections.. that song was so close and with in no time i started remembering our college days., the days which we spent together., Things started flashing in front of me one after the other as though i got into a time machine and have rewinded few years.It was a long day to pass by i felt.,
Comprehending and some serious questioning being raised deep within "Why did this happen ?" "How can people just change so drastically?" "Is there ne thing called Love existing or it's just infatuation?" & lots of lots of them...,

Blog on Blogging !!

It all started with a "Best Friend" of mine sharing the link to her blog & made me xcited to start off with my own space of blog. One always comes across various situations in life where you always rethink that this should have happened or this shouldnt have had happened or say..., I better would have reacted the other way or say ... a lot of thoughts which ran in You at that point but dint spell those out for whole lot of obvious reasons.., It comes back to the thoery of the ice berg where we only see the part of the ice berg which is one top of the sea but just unaware of the fact that therez part of ice berg below the sea which is bigger than what you actually see., i know its confusing., This is actually synonymn to the personality and character a person possess., The part of the ice berg which one can see is your personality the way you behave to the external world and the part of the ice berg which is below the sea is the character of the person which doesnt generally come out.,

Blogging is the best way one can actually show up the character or portray his feelings his inner thoughts externally, cherish those good moments, revisit his past experiences andd so much and sooo onnnn and to put in one sentence "Just be Yourself " kinds which we rareley get oppurtunities unless you are blessed with very good friends alongside you or a loved ones whoz there for you and understands U..
